Stefano Grassi is an esteemed Italian architect and designer whose work reflects a refined balance between contemporary innovation and timeless elegance. Born into a family of saddlers, he grew up surrounded by a rich tradition of leather craftsmanship, developing a deep appreciation for the relationship between materials, design, and artisanal techniques.
Grassi graduated in Architecture from Milan Polytechnic in 1997 and later served as Technical Director of Research and Development at MatteoGrassi from 1998 to 2013. This experience strengthened his technical expertise and shaped his rigorous, detail-oriented approach to design, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation.
Today, Grassi collaborates with leading international companies across the furniture, fashion, luxury giftware, and design industries, creating products for residential, office, and community spaces. His designs are characterized by elegance, refinement, functionality, and meticulous attention to detail.
