Established in 2005 by Khai and Tina, Nathan Anthony takes its name from their son and reflects a shared commitment to craftsmanship, family, and design. Khai’s family, who immigrated to the United States in 1975 via the USSMidway 41, laid the foundation for the company by acquiring a warehouse in 1989 and building a manufacturing legacy that continues today.
Together, Khai and Tina lead a skilled team of local artisans at their multi-generational Los Angeles facility, guided by lean manufacturing principles and responsible practices. A member of the Sustainable Furnishings Council since 2008 and a partner of One Tree Planted, the company remains dedicated to sustainability and climate-positive initiatives.
