The project was conceived to offer a cutting-edge design, capable of combining the technical rigour of manual craftsmanship with a harmonious and enveloping silhouette. The backrest and armrest are integrated into a single, continuous structure—a stylistic choice that gives the sofa a fluid line, perfectly in step with the latest trends favouring soft shapes and welcoming volumes. The identity of Crystal is defined by sophisticated sartorial details, such as the exclusive cross-stitch with four seams positioned on the external part of the backrest and seat. This detail, intentionally placed to enhance the tufting of the upholstery, represents a true aesthetic signature that communicates the value of handmade quality without relying on overt branding. Further highlighting this constructive mastery is the bold, thick piping running along the upper profile of the frame, a prominent edge that defines the sofa's volumes and can be customised using any leather from the extensive Gamma collection. Beyond its sophisticated aesthetics, Crystal is engineered to ensure superior comfort thanks to the down-filled backrest cushions, which offer soft support and a significant sensory upgrade. This modular sofa system has been developed with extremely flexible versatility, allowing for infinite configuration possibilities. From a large corner sofa to a leather sofa with a chaise longue, the inclusion of rounded corner units allows for the creation of dynamic and fluid compositions. This provides architects and interior designers the freedom to model the seating system according to the specific architectural requirements of any space.
