Terms & Conditions


Changing or Canceling an Order

Need to change or cancel your order? Just contact us by email at: josh@wassersfurniture.com or jaime@wassersfurniture.com OR call: 954-454-9500 from 10AM to 6PM, within 24 hours of placing your order, and we'll update or cancel your order.  If you are unable to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, your purchased items are Non-Cancellable.

Orders cancelled after they have been placed with the manufacturer are subject to a 25% cancellation, handling and restocking fee. All cancellations that have been shipped are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped "Free Shipping," we will charge our "actual" outbound shipping charges. Special order products such as items where fabrics / leathers can be selected are Non Refundable. All floor model sales are Final and Non-Refundable. 


Special Order Items

Most of wasser's furnishings are Custom–Made and Special Order. Therefore orders can not be cancelled after 24 hours, and we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit.


Special delivery requirements are considered case–by–case, and it’s up to the client to ensure entry, elevators and stairwells won't be a problem. Clerical or special–order pricing errors are subject to correction.



We have Home–delivery service in all areas, and charges range from $125 and up.  We can also arrange delivery to your freight forwarder, or provide a freight quote for your delivery nationwide.

Delivery dates are estimates only and we are unable to accept any liability for failure to deliver the products within the specified time resulting from shipment / delivery delays from our suppliers. Delivery times will be arranged with you in advance. If there is no one available to accept delivery on the pre-arranged delivery date, you will be charged for transport and re-delivery costs.

You are responsible for ensuring that there is adequate access and entry to your premises to allow delivery of the products. Any additional costs in relation to access into your premises, eg, lift gate, are your responsibility. If it is not possible for the products to be delivered into your premises, the products will be returned to our warehouse and you will be invoiced for transport and re-deliver. At any point in time, a 50% deposit must be maintained for all undelivered goods.  All products will remain the property of wasser's until payment is received in full and delivered from wasser's premises. Should you be arranging your own delivery then the goods become your responsibility upon collection from wasser's premises.


Duty and taxes are charged on international orders


Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country's customs authorities and is based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries individually. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You will be notified of customs clearing upon arrival to customs with the fee's provided by broker. 



Delays in production and shipping may occur.  If a delay occurs, please be patient.  We will work hard to get your purchase to you, but please keep in mind that we work with high-ticket and large items, which come from all over the world. In most cases, delays occur during busy seasons, holidays, due to production delays, or other factors that are out of our control.  We will make all efforts to quote accurate lead times and notify customers promptly.  Please note, we are not responsible for product delays from the manufacturer.  Under no circumstances will wasser's be responsible for any consequential damages resultng in shipping delays.


Delivery Acceptance Instructions

We do everything in our power to ensure your shipment arrives to you in excellent condition in a timely manner. Our manufacturers excellent packaging and our shipping coordination experience reduces the chances of damage. However, in the event of damage please save all original packaging and notify us and the shipping company immediately. Damages to items shipped must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately. Concealed damages must be reported to us in writing along with digital pictures within 72 hours of delivery. If there are partial damages or shortages, ACCEPT the good items and list damages / shortages on the delivery receipt. If the product is refused and damage is noted on the delivery receipt; we will send free replacement parts to correct the problem, or issue a pickup to replace the product at our discretion. We are not responsible for any damages not reported at time of delivery.

Delivery must be signed for by the customer or an individual at least eighteen years old that the customer designates to have the authority to sign for the delivery. Before signing for the delivery, please inspect thoroughly for any damage, shortages, etc. In the unlikely event that damage or a shortage has occurred in transit, make a notation on the waybill, retain applicable packaging materials, and notify us immediately at 954-454-9500. In the event that damage is not noted on the waybill when signing for the delivery or the applicable packaging materials are not retained, wasser's cannot be held responsible and any claim for damage must be filed by you directly with the delivery company.

Before signing for delivery, you must thoroughly inspect the contents and note any visible damage on the freight bill.
If there is damage to the item, note it on the freight bill, reject only the damaged piece, and keep the rest.
