Need to change or cancel your order?

Just contact us by email at info@wassersfurniture.com or call 954-454-9500, from 10AM to 6PM, within 24 hours of placing your order, and we'll update or cancel your order. If you are unable to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, your purchased items are non-cancellable.

Orders cancelled after they have been placed with the manufacturer are subject to a 25% cancellation, handling and restocking fee. All cancellations that have been shipped are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped "Free Shipping," we will charge our "actual" outbound shipping charges. Special order products such as items where fabrics/ leathers can be selected are non refundable .Products listed and sold with “Floor Sample” as/is condition: These are Products previously used for showroom display only. They may present imperfections and are sold as is. We make every effort in providing you images reflecting such imperfections. By placing an order, you acknowledge that there might be such imperfections in your purchase of Floor Sample Products. Returns and refunds are never accepted for Floor Sample Products purchased and they are final sale.

Special Order Items

Most of wasser's furnishings are custom–made and special order. Therefore orders can not be cancelled after 24 hours, and we ask for a 50% nonrefundable deposit.

Special delivery requirements are considered case–by–case, and it’s up to the client to ensure entry, elevators and stairwells won't be a problem. Clerical or special–order pricing errors are subject to correction.
