This is an extremely Rare Antique bisque sculptured floral bouquet. Signed by Dino Bonalberti.

In excellent condition with minor abrasions consistent with age.

Intensive detail, coloration & proportion.

Dino Bonalberti of Como, Italy was born in Roncoferraro, Italy on July 1928. His interest in art was started at the young age of 7 when he was taken by his parents to the Milan Fair. Bonalberti studied at the Academy Albertina and received his degree in fine arts. He also received Honorary Degrees from legendary schools of art including Sassari and the academy of 500 of Rome. He was chairman of the Committee of Beautiful Arts in Lombardy.

He is renowned for his sculpture of Pope Giovanni which is in the square of San Gregorio, Beragamo and created the monument to the Dead Soldier in Inverigo, Como.

He sculptured a large group of figures for the Museum of Milan, and many other fine works. He has created more then 500 original models used for works of porcelain on a limited basis.
